Refund policy

For our Gently Used Good Condition products - our refund policy is very straight forward and easy! If the item you purchased through our website does not meet your expectation as described, you must notify Shopforstylz within 3 days of your receipt of the item. The purchaser will be responsible for returning the item at their own cost and Shopforstylz will provide a full refund of the purchase price, once the item has been received and inspected. The item should be returned to Shopforstylz, 73 Katrina Falls Road, Rock Hill, New York 12775. To start a return, you can use our contact us page or email us at shopforstylz@gmail.com.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, perfume, etc.). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

At this time, Shopforstylz does not offer gift cards.

Exchanges
Since Shopforstylz sells only one item option for each product, we do not have any exchange option. If there is an issue with your item, you will receive a refund instead, as described herein.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Shopforstylz does not sell products outside of the United States; therefore, this section does not apply.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
